Available from September 2018 onward in our private Oak Woodlands, these glamorous camping bell tents are ideal for nature lovers seeking comfort and style. Thoughtfully furnished to a high standard, each tent features hotel-quality beds and bedding, a coconut matting floor, and an individually styled interior designed to create a truly memorable stay.

Each bell tent measures 5m wide and 3m high at the center, offering generous space throughout. Inside, you’ll find a double bed or two single beds, bedside tables with lamps, chest storage, seating with a table, and room for hanging clothes. The heavy-duty 360gsm canvas helps keep the tent cool during the day and warm at night, while a zipped-in groundsheet and secondary mosquito netting add extra comfort and protection.

Every tent includes its own eco-toilet, with access to a communal shower block located 40 metres away. Torches and lanterns are provided for use during your stay. The sawdust toilets, made by our local supplier L’Ecopot, support the organic flora and fauna of the region. If you’re unfamiliar with dry toilets, we’ll show you how they work — and you may be pleasantly surprised by the results, with no unpleasant smells.

Set in a peaceful and naturally beautiful spot within the oak woodlands, each tent enjoys its own private location, reached by a solar-powered illuminated walkway. Outside, there is a private seating area where you can relax and take in the view. As you drift off beneath the stars, you’ll be surrounded by silence — no traffic, no voices, no interruptions. You may never want to leave.

The Courtyard Apartment offers a comfortable, modern stay in a self-contained studio setting, attached to the retreat house yet thoughtfully separate for added privacy and independence. Designed for guests who appreciate a relaxed and practical space, it includes a well-equipped kitchenette with all the amenities you may need throughout your stay.

Step outside to your own private seating area, an inviting spot to enjoy a quiet morning coffee, unwind after a day of retreat activities, or simply take in the peaceful atmosphere. The apartment can be arranged with 3 single beds or as a king bed plus a single bed, making it a flexible option for friends, families, or small groups.
