アメリカ東部最高峰として知られるMt. Mitchellの静かな山あいで、心身を整える4日間3泊のヨガリトリートをお過ごしいただけます。会場は穏やかな空気に包まれたMt. Mitchell Eco Lodge。ヨガ、ハイキング、自然とのふれあい、そして大地・水・火・風・空間という五大元素と向き合う時間を通して、深いリフレッシュとつながりを育みます。
大地の安定感、水の流れ、火のエネルギー、山の澄んだ空気、そしてすべてを結びつけるスピリット。その一つひとつを、滞在のなかで丁寧に感じていただけます。
朝は、心を前向きに整えるヨガと瞑想からスタート。続いて、プライベートシェフが用意する滋味深い朝食をお楽しみください。午後は、近くのトレイルでハイキングをしたり、ハンモックや玄関ポーチのロッキングチェアでゆったり休んだりと、思い思いに自然のなかで過ごせます。夕方には2回目のヨガクラスで深く緩み、元素をテーマにした練習のあと、心身にやさしい食事、焚き火、そして光害の少ないMt. Mitchellの夜空で星を眺める静かなひとときへと続きます。
日常の忙しさから少し離れ、この地域でもひときわ美しい自然のなかで自分自身と再びつながる機会です。ヨガ初心者の方も、長く続けている方も、滞在後には整い、バランスが戻り、大地のリズムと調和した感覚を味わっていただけるはずです。

会場から数分の場所に複数のトレイルヘッドがあります。リトリートリーダー2名が同行し、難易度の異なるグループハイクを毎日お楽しみいただけます。すべてのレベルに配慮してサポートします。なお、Hurricane Heleneからの復旧が続いているため、一部トレイルは変更の可能性があり、地域コミュニティの案内に基づいて安全面を考慮したルートをご案内します。
毎日2回、朝と夕方にクラスを行います。朝はベーシックフローやパワーフローを中心に、エネルギーを高める内容です。夕方はリストラティブ、陰ヨガ、やさしいフロー、スローフローなどで、ゆっくりと緩めていきます。クラスはいつでも自由参加で、内容は参加者に合わせて調整されます。すべてのレベルの方に開かれています。
さらに深いリラクゼーションと回復の時間を求める方は、Main Lodge横の専用バンガローHealing Houseでウェルネスセッションをご予約いただけます。スパサービスの手配はリトリートコーディネーターがサポートします。マッサージは60〜90分で$100〜$150、実施はリトリート日程が近づいてからのご案内となります。
